Hi,

this has been the most fun I've had since the transition to Cocoa:

- If there is a window constructor the searchfield doesn't show because this is
too early. For starters, I've used a timer. Perhaps the paint event may work
better.
- Whenever the window is redrawn the searchfield goes away. This means closing
a database, opening one or searching. Every time I have to show the searchfield
again.
- Starting the search gives a nice infinite loop. I'm enabling/disabling
toolbar items base on different criteria. Whenever this is done the
TextShouldEndEditing event is fired, which starts the search again. Until
everything crashes.

Issue 1 is a PITA but most likely Cocoa. But what about issues 2 and 3: feature
or bug?

Mit freundlichen Grüßen/Regards
