Hi Carol, We have been implementing a new ticketing system (Siriusware) over the last several months. I can't say it's a system that we really like, but feel free to give me a call and I can share my experiences with you regarding the RFI and RFP phases, and my impressions on other systems we looked into as well as our chosen solution.
