[Mdaemon-L] Active Sync - Tidak terhubung ke Outlook

Selamat pagi bapak, mohon maaf mengganggu waktu liburnya. Kemarin case2 terdahulu terhadap active sync sudah kami lakukan atas saran bapak, dan sudah berjalan dengan baik.   Tetapi kejadian kemarin sekitar jam 5 sore, tahu-tahu semua yg menggunakan outlook tidak bisa menggunakan active sync ( imap, connector, webmail normal ). Langkah terakhir kami restart server, dan akhirnya berjalan lancer Kembali.   Kira-kira apa penyebabnya ya pak ?
