Always on availability groups on a SQL server that MDT is not installed on?
I have a constituent that wants a SQL DB on our central SQL AG for his MDT install. My feeling is that this is not supported, but can't find it spelled out specifically. Anybody have any insight to this? Knowing what the MDT DB wizard asks for, would a similarly named share need to be created on all the nodes of the AG for this to work? Is this hackish? Any documentation anywhere that talks about it? The central SQL DBA is asking me what this is about and I'm trying to come up with some supporting information. Todd
