bahwa sinetron2 indo sekarang hampir 90% merupakan jiplakan dari drama2
jepang/korea/taiwan
walaupun ada beberapa yg MENGAKU ud beli copyright, tapi tetep harus
dipertanyakan kebenarannya

yg paling parah adalah kasus Buku Harian Nayla, karena RCTI dengan santainya
menyatakan bahwa kisah itu adalah fiktif belaka, sementara 1 litre of tears
merupakan KISAH NYATA di jepang!!! bahkan pihak fujitv pun minta izin kepada
keluarga Aya Kitou (kl di BHN namanya Nayla) untuk memfilmkan kisah tsb
bukti bahwa Buku Harian Nayla menjiplak 1 litre of tears (cm nama penyakitnya
dibedain)

Indonesian Production House "SinemArt [1]" with the title "Buku Harian Nayla
[2]" (Nayla's Diary). The series bears some striking resemblances, like the
name "Aya" being replaced with "Nayla" (Chelsea Olivia) and the role of Asou
has been replaced by Moses (Ralph Glenn Alinskie). The series aired in RCTI,
commercial-free, as a special Christmas series. You can see the comparison of
them both in the bottom of this page. The scenario was written by Serena Luna
(or sometimes called Chevyra Edenia).
By now, the Indonesian fans of 1 Litre of Tears have reported this plagiarism
problem to Fuji TV and many Indonesian mass media, but there are still no
responses. What most upsets them is the fact that RCTI didn't state that the
story is being adapted from 1 Litre of Tears and that it didn't ask any
permission to Fuji TV.
