This is not true. Where did you get that one ?
Nokia and Intel are jointly doing this, and wishing other's to join the effort.
That said, the intel.com owning the kernel is not true.
We need to have X86 and ARM kernel maintainers in place. X86 is naturally from
Intel but I don't think the AMR maintainer will own a intel.com email address.
