Thanks a lot to everybody, so the main problem was that I need to reuse the qemu nand image from nokia adding your staff instread of creating a new blank one.
It worked fine now ! Now I was able to boot a PR1.1 maemo 5 image on qemu and create a bigger qemu meego image to install packages on it!
