GENIVI is planning a release in October code-named 'Apollo'. That release will be followed six months later by another release since GENIVI is planning to release every six months. Currently there are ongoing discussions between the Linux Foundation and the GENIVI Alliance that will shape the nature and depth of the collaboration between the two projects. Once those details are hammered out - and there is a lot to discuss - a more public and official announcement will be made. Warm regards, Jeremiah
