i come home from work and sit down at my tv.  i turn it on.  and la
MOtta-Robinson VI  from 1951 is about to start.

once upon a time, you had to know someone who knew someone who knew someone
to see such a spectacle.  if you read Ring magazine religiously and talked
to some "old timers", you could know a little about it

today, you just turn on your tv and it is there.  then you can tell a bunch
of people who don't care by typing an email

i'm simply awestruck.  is it any less a wonder than the great discoveries of
a century ago?
