The 3D support should be on the same level as Sea Islands (CIK). There is also UVD and VCE support. LLVM 3.6 is required, though LLVM 3.7 is recommended for stability. We'll probably make LLVM 3.6.1 with all the fixes cherry-picked from LLVM 3.7.
