It seems this is a fog issue. Currently mesa core always sets
key->tnl_do_vertex_fog to GL_FALSE, however i965 need to compute fog
per-vertex.  It works fine with 965 if setting  key->tnl_do_vertex_fog
to GL_TRUE in ffvertex_prog.c.
