Sincere congratulations, Mike!

Mike: "Co content way too low to be a member of the IAB group"

Here are the %wt values of Co for some typical IAB irons:

Campo de Cielo = 0.43
Ocotillo = 0.47
UruaƧu = 0.46
Zapaliname = 0.457

Bulk %wt Co in Andi's iron = 0.21 (only!)

Other irons with a relatively low Co content:

Klamath Falls (IIIF) = 0.31
Clark County (IIIF) = 0.32
Obernkirchen (IVA) = 0.36
Ballarat (IAB)b= 0.36
Cerro del Inca (IIIF) = 0.379
Gan Gan (IVA) = 0.41
Kossuth (IVA) = 0.41
Raghunathpura (IIAB) = 0.41

In other words and Mike already said so: Andi's iron
has an extremely low cobalt content. There is hardly
any iron (only exceptions maybe NWA 859 [Taza],
Dronino, Saint-Aubin) that comes even close to such
an incredibly low cobalt content!

Bernd
