Hello, mico-cpp is a cpp which is directly bundled with the MICO source tree. See mico/cpp subdirectory. Basically this is GNU cpp which is included since some platforms probably provided buggy cpp in the past. So if you install and build MICO correctly, you should have this program installed alongside the idl, micod and others.
