I thought tagging was for tagging the current page, not labelling a link
to a second page.

How would you tag:

        <p>
        Here's a
        <a href="http://example.com/kitten.jpg";>fluffy kitten</a>
        and here's a
        <a href="http://example.com/porn.jpg";>pornographic nude</a>
        </p>

?
