I have created an initial bunch of developer documents for Insight and
uploaded them on the website (http://mindtreeinsight.sourceforge.net/).
The pages are available using the left navigation button of the main
site with the index page at
(http://mindtreeinsight.sourceforge.net/devel/index.html). This page
also lists some next steps for developer documents for Insight.
Please review the same and as usual any feedback is most welcome. Please
also suggest any other documentation that needs to go up on the site.
