It took a while, but I wanted to be sure, that the system is now stable again. It's now up again for nearly two weeks and I removed debugging features, so that performance should be acceptable again. I also made sure, that the Apache dist is synced up.
So I guess, no reasons left, not to re-add {http,ftp}://ftp.leo.org to the list.
I am not able to connect to this mirror.
