I found a shell script on Google to emulate watch, written by someone else who missed it as much as I did. But now it's here in base!
Thanks for everything else, too. It's incredible to watch OpenBSD grow and evolve with each release. Some of these improvements in the network stack have noticeably improved the performance on my edgerouter 4.
