Yes, this should be possible. Visit: www.openafs.org to get openafs source. Either use heimdal (built-in to openbsd) or build and install MIT kerberos, or decide if kaserver is sufficient and acceptable to you. You don't need to bother with the openafs afs cache manager if you're just running an afs server, so you will most likely want to build openafs with '--disable-kernel-module'.
