Considering the billions Congress has spent on border security since 9/11, results like this show a lack of will in the Administration. When Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano testified before Congress last week, she refused to say when the border would be under "operational control," or that she would do anything differently to improve security in light of the new GAO study. Napolitano did not even seem displeased with having 56% of the border OUT OF CONTROL. Please sign the petition to DHS Secretary Napolitano, asking her to get the border under control.
