This doesn't work because when you use openssl-0.9.3a you've to use a newer
mod_ssl (or in this case actually a better ca-fix, but that doesn't exists).
Use mod_ssl 2.3.1 when you use OpenSSL 0.9.3a, because this mod_ssl version no
longer is based on the old ca-fix program.
