IMHO there should be a link to swamp and possibly other SSL load testers
such as http://httpd.apache.org/test/flood/ in the FAQ. The question of
how to test comes up every so often on the list and more people would probably
spend time tuning their servers if the tools were readily available.

Just my $.02

P.S.: Swamp might not exactly be a simple tool for the average beginner, but
if you're into performance tuning and tracking bugs then Swamp is a very
handy tool IMNSHO.
