No, it wasn't mentioned and it's the first time I see this module.
Looking at what it does it seems to me more like a cross-over between
aliased.pm and base::ball (except it was written long before). Also,
unless I read it wrong, it doesn't provide the feature relative.pm
was written for in the first place, that is loading modules using
names relative to the current one.
