Hi all! The author has been inactive since 2016, and I want to resurrect it and apply patches from https://www.shlomifish.org/Files/files/dirs/python-perlmodule/ . I plan of looking into using http://template-toolkit.org/ from python code due to being unhappy with jinja2's scoping.
