This is wrong. See: http://code.google.com/p/modwsgi/wiki/QuickConfigurationGuide http://code.google.com/p/modwsgi/wiki/VirtualEnvironments for complete examples. The mistakes are that you have called the daemon process group 'user=intrack' as first argument is supposed to be the name. You also don't appear to have WSGIProcessGroup directive to delegate application to that process group.
