http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=597748#c0 Summary: Error, can not find libgtk-quartz-2.0.0.dylib after installing mono 2.6.3_4 (macos10.6/x86) Classification: Mono Product: Mono: Runtime Version: 2.6.x Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: Mac OS X 10.6 Status: NEW Severity: Critical Priority: P5 - None Component: packaging AssignedTo: ajorgen...@novell.com ReportedBy: sum.not...@gmail.com QAContact: mono-bugs@lists.ximian.com Found By: --- Blocker: --- User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; rv:1.9.2.3) Gecko/20100401 Firefox/3.6.3 I installed the Mono Package MonoFramework-2.6.3_4.macos10.novell.x86.dmg on a fresh 10.6.3 install. When I run one of my old mono applications, I now get a crash: $ mono MplayerBuddy.exe Unhandled Exception: System.DllNotFoundException: libgtk-quartz-2.0.0.dylib at (wrapper managed-to-native) Gtk.Application:gtk_init (int&,intptr&) at Gtk.Application.Init () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at org.penguindreams.MplayerBuddy.MplayerBuddy.Main (System.String[] args) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 The application and source code in question can be found here: http://penguindreams.org/projects/mplayerbuddy Downgrading to the MonoFramework-2.4.3_1.macos10.novel.x86.dmg package fixed the problem, so I'm thinking it's a packaging issue.
