Well it was a thought, we are looking for something like this in the future for our own classes (particularly maths heavy functions), so this is something that we can overcome ourselves (we are planning on using something like Cecil to rewrite the assemblies), but if it was available within the compiler then it would be much better.
Even if it only did it within the security constraints that it has and knows about. That's just not possible for a large majority of the cases, as it would cause a lot of access exceptions.
