Grays.&nbsp; I birded the North Shore from Silver Bay to Knife River hoping for 
Bohemian Waxwings, Red Crossbills, or an oddball (but saw very little of 
interest), but on the way there and back I saw Great Grays at the following 
locations:</DIV>
<DIV class=RTE>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV class=RTE>14 - on Forest Road 11 (aka 16)</DIV>
<DIV class=RTE>1 - on 61 between Beaver Bay and Two Harbors, about .5 miles 
north of mile marker 43</DIV>
<DIV class=RTE>1 - on Scenic 61 behind the Ford Dealership</DIV>
<DIV class=RTE>2 - on Lake CR 9, just west of 61</DIV>
<DIV class=RTE>2 - on Fox Farm Rd (266), about halfway between 42 and 44</DIV>
<DIV class=RTE>1 - on 44 a few miles south of Brimson</DIV>
<DIV class=RTE>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV class=RTE>The only other birds of note were Snow Buntings on Forest Road 
11 and a lone Bufflehead at Agate Bay.</DIV>
