We have a flock of about 100 snow buntings finding in our fields and
eating cracked corn we have scattered around the bird feeders. There
had been small flocks of 20-40 feeding in the fields periodically
until the real cold hit 2 weeks ago. Then they came in larger numbers
and more consistently.

Our farm is located about 10 miles west of Hinckley in Kanabec
County. If anyone is interested in photographing the birds, send an
email reply and I will forward directions.
