lame 3.69 and 3.70 produce skippy sound when used over RTP.
I found that this is not the fault of my RTP code but even the file that
mp3rtp writes (not just the data it sends over RTP) contain skips. About
half a second sound, then half a second pause. Sounds really crappy.
Since the Wave file did not contain a full header (with number of
samples), I thought that maybe this happens only with .wav inputs, but
it also happens with raw input!
Any ideas?
