DSS(latest version) from http://www.chat.ru/~lrsp also supports Free Format
bitstreams. Just now only up to ~440kbps ;) , but on my HDD exist version, that
support up to 8kbyte/frame bitstreams. ;-) It will be uploaded as soon as
possible.
