Yes I remember this.  There was a bowling alley downstairs on the 6th street
side.  Shinders was on the corner with their huge magazine and newspaper
stand.  I was going to De La Salle at the time and we used to stop at Brady's
to get a drink.  The bartender never questioned us at all.  The bar had two
entrances - one on Hennepin and the other on 6th street.  I stoped at Shinders
once and asked the guy for a good saterical magazine. He pulled out a magazine
of nudes.
