Earlier today, the construction company ?Two Buffaloes? informed Native American leaders Vernon Bellecourt, Clyde Bellecourt, and Jim Anderson that Dakota remains were found when construction crews were digging for the light-rail transit development project near the Hubert H. Humphrey terminal. Native American activists have arrived at the scene to protect the remains, and as we speak, an occupation is being established and teepees are being set up. If you would like to know more about this happening, please come to the press conference that is scheduled at 2:00 p.m. tomorrow (Friday, August 27).
