Umm...how long will it take to load each 4-person car and how long to account for deceleration/acceleration time? A nose-to-tail headway will not pass muster with NTSB. It would likely mandate a following distance similar to the recommendations for cars.
What about the length of the side track needed to load 18,000 people from Target Center? Someone going from Uptown to Northeast is gonna get fed up...
