You are correct Barb. Tammy Wong really is a special person. I have known
her and her family for many years and Tammy truly is one of the most special
lovely people in any restaurant in Minneapolis, or anywhere else.
Tammy's restaurant is really good and worth visiting at any time for the
food. The soups are marvelous. (I like to put some hot mustard in mine.)
I will make a point of going on Wednesday, and hope the entire "List" does
also. Of course I go to the Rainbow when Tammy is just serving food, and not
offering her generousity to New Orleans.

Wednesday October 5th is DINE FOR AMERICA day to benefit the Red Cross
hurricane Katrina relief efforts. Restaurants around the country are
donating a portion of their profits to help the Red Cross while they
provide critical support for the people who need it most.
Rainbow Chinese Restaurant is donating 50% of our profits for that
whole day, lunch and dinner.
Please come for lunch or dinner on Wednesday and also invite all your
friends. I am hoping for a huge crowd and sending as much as we can to
the Red Cross.
