Sorry but not sure to catch itt. What "current file" are you talking, the one edited in source-form? If so, in ideU, there is a hint if you pass the mouse on the tab, that shows the full path + size + date of the file. It will be easy to add a method "copy full path" somewhere in mseide. But maybe you want to ask something else...
