Hi, This may have changed for CB but from a security point of view Is it not better to use the site server account for client installation vs using an “installation account” ? I recall when SCCM 2007 came out this was a pretty good feature but i’ll be honest and admit I’m not sure what would happen if the site server itself became compromised.
I’ve not been able to find anything that discusses any of this for 2012 and up. It does talk about the installation account but not just using the site server’s computer account itself. Anyone know of an article or have an opinion?
