Just remember that is you look at the properties make no change and click OK.
That would generate a Status message saying that the collection has changed.

You could run a status message query for

"All Status Messages from a specific component at a specific site".

Component is: "Microsoft.ConfigurationManagement.exe"
Provide the Site Code and time when prompted.

The status message in question will have a description along the lines of:

User "DOMAIN\User" requested that the membership be refreshed for collection
"CollectionName" (CollectionID)

Of course, this only works if they updated the membership via the console.

If they used a script or something else other than the console, you could try
the query against the component "Unknown Application".

Short of scouring colleval.log, does anyone have a way to identify who could
have updated membership on a limiting collection causing the below picture?

It is from CEviewer and yes, its nearly 6000 collections. Now I am waiting 2-3
hours before the collection I need will update. This is the 2nd time this week,
so just trying to find the culprit to slap their hand and force them to re-read
our best practices doc.

I was thinking setup a status filter rule when any of our limiting collections
are updated manually. Have not researched that just yet.

Any other ideas?
