Component is: "Microsoft.ConfigurationManagement.exe" Provide the Site Code and time when prompted. The status message in question will have a description along the lines of: User "DOMAIN\User" requested that the membership be refreshed for collection "CollectionName" (CollectionID) Of course, this only works if they updated the membership via the console. If they used a script or something else other than the console, you could try the query against the component "Unknown Application".
