Dear Sir/Madam:
Please be advised we have not received any communication
regarding where the investigation stands or any response that the same has
been concluded.
The Edison Administration of Mayor Jun Choi is buying loyalties
from the Indian community by appointing individuals with no qualifications or
record of community services in various committees and one person Sudhanshu
Prasad with his help got elected to council. The same is true for the Police
department where Chief Mieczkowski has taken premature retirement after padding
his Pension with the help of Mayor Choi. This department to buy loyalties
allowed a Religious Events for number of days disregarding fire & life safety
issues of the visitors in the OPEN on a narrow lane of Edison. On these narrow
lanes Chois Planning Board is allowing high rise & high density buildings to
buy loyalties & funding for Chois future Re-Election from the community. On
one occasion an Indian from California Bhisham Agnihotri who has been
impersonating as Indian Ambassador at Large was driven in Edison Police Car by
an active duty cop to a venue for a Religious event near the
Municipal Complex of Edison.
Gov Corzine does not want to be left behind is also doing the
same by nominating Gulshan Chabbra who can not spell Immigration or have any
geographical or political knowledge of New Jersey or America has been
accommodated on Governors Blue Ribbon Advisory Panel on Immigration. Rate
Payer Advocate Seema Singh with a track record of Ethics violations, misuse of
her official position and stealing from the community in the name of battered
woman was granted almost $600,000.00 in State Funds to run for state Senate in
the name of Clean Election.
Even the man Peter Kothari who initially made noise for his greed
to collect money from the community in Parikh case has been granted
concessions. This man has been illegally running a Non-profit community
organization Indo-American Religious & Cultural Society with no transparency &
accounts given to the public for over a decade. He had also collected Fire
Insurance for a Public Event in the name of Indian Business Association and
kept the proceed to himself, bought property with public money in his wifes
name & operated it under non-profit organization India House and recently sold
it for huge profits just before the extra lavish marriage of his daughter. A
complaint with Registrar of Charities was filed in May 2007 to stop him from
selling Community Assets as well as to produce the Book of Accounts but for
reasons best known to Gov Corzine no action has been taken so far.
Once again we make you a sincere appeal to expedite the
investigations to bring to justice all those who have done illegal acts. No one
should be spared whether civilian or ICE officials or Edison officials or State
officials including, Bias Crime Head Agudosi, Prosecutor Bruce Kaplan and Judge
Robert Longhi. The New Jersey residents deserves to know why over $100,000.00
was spent and every US Law & Human Right was violated in deporting just 1
individual who happens to be from a minority Indian community in America. Here
most interested thing is Mr. Parikh has no other criminal history other than
breaking Immigration Laws of America. New Jersey cops are famous for ignoring
illegal immigrants with serious crimes. Then why the Police Union has not been
penalized by State or Edison for calling the entire community of Indian origin,
cockroaches, animals, illiterates and illegal go home. These are the worst
ever called Racial Slurs against any minority community
in the history of America.
Once again thank you for your anticipated help in exposing the possible
criminal behavior of some ICE & Edison officials committed under Racial Bias to
violate Civil & Human Rights Mr. Parikh to uphold our legal system based on
Justice to All.
