According to the description here, http://packages.debian.org/unstable/mail/mutt.html, it may not include compressed file support, although I think I've read somewhere that some packages do (maybe it was the Mandrake RPM version ??). It doesn't 'depend' on 'zlib', so does that mean anything ?? Regards Hall
