It's not the mutt pager but w3m that's hiding the HREF links.  If you're
using w3m as the pager, which you seem to be here, type a colon (:) and
w3m will underline the links.  You can then see the URLs in the w3m
status line when you move the cursor to the link and follow the URL with
w3m or an external browser if you wish.
