Hi!

I'm having some trouble configuring mutt 1.3.24 to correctly use/encode
the euro character in outgoing messages.

I've set "set charset = iso-8859-15" in my .muttrc. Now, when I sent
myself a message, mutt uses utf-8 to encode the message:

Subject: Euro: =?utf-8?B?4oKs?=
Mime-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8
Content-Disposition: inline
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
User-Agent: Mutt/1.3.24i

Euro: =E2=82=AC

That's not what I want. I'd like mutt to use iso-8859-15 (or maybe
windows-1252, if that's easier).

How can I accomplish that?

Thanks and a merry xmas!
