I could think of different possibilities. 1.) Try to get a static ip, and bind it to you NIC. You can bind serveral IPs to one NIC, if you really need an ever-changing IP. 2.) Run nagios on another/virtual machine with fixed ip. (A server, maybe.) 3.) Use check_by_ssh instead of nrpe 4.) Allow the whole DHCP-subnet in the allow_host parameter (potentially not so secure anymore).
