it's true. there was a launch party recently when the paix switch was announced for 1 wilshire, and laap was absolutely mentioned along with the words "just like seattle" with regard to ix interconnect. paix is late with interconnect to nyiix and ames due to fiber delays, but there ought to be no such delays for a 1 wilshire switch.
