I'm not sure if you want the bgp tables or the configuration itself. In any case http://www.renesys.com/ currently has a project to collect bgp views - you may wish to talk to them. There are also many public route-servers that can give you a good view of the routing tables. http://www.caida.org has done a lot of work on analysis of BGP Mark Radabaugh Amplex (419) 720-3635
