No, no, I actually went through the time/hassle and expense to create a usb gps with a PPS output, and then wanted to put a supercap on it because batteries didn't last long enough. https://lists.bufferbloat.net/pipermail/thumbgps-devel/2012-May/000497.html They were sold wholesale for a while. I don't know if any modern usb gps has a pps output...
