During building I got the following error message:

XmlException Message: Invalid ResX input. --->
XmlException: There is no Unicode byte order mark.
Cannot switch to Unicode.

External Program Failed: C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Visual Studio .NET 2003\SDK\v1.1\bin\resgen.exe

Is there a workaround for it? I'm using version 0.85 rc3.
