Summary: platform::is-unix() does not work on my Debian Sarge/Sid

Initial Comment:
On my Debian Sarge/Sid the ${platform::is-unix()} return false - so
for example the NAnt installation will not copy files if I will not
delete in target install-linux in file NAnt.build this: if="${platform::is-
unix()}"

This is now fixed in cvs (and Mono svn).

This is caused by a bug in Mono:

http://bugzilla.ximian.com/show_bug.cgi?id=74841

I'll add a workaround for this issue tomorrow.
