Summary: Can't use parameters in refid attributes?

Hi
It seems as if it should be possible to use parameters
in refid attributes, e.g.
<assemblyfolders refid="Assembly.${build.config}" />
I have tried using something similar in fileset
refid's with no success. Is this by design?
