The follow sequence does not work if MONO is not present:
<include if="${framework::exists('mono-2.0')}"
name="${path::combine(framework::get-assembly-directory('mono-2.0'),
'Mono.CompilerServices.SymbolWriter.dll')}" />
It produce the follow error:

Expression:
