John,
I'm guessing that you are using 5.4 or after of
StarTeam. I looked into this, but don't have the C#
skills to figure out a fix. With the 5.4 release,
StarTeam renamed the interop to StarGate54.dll. With
this change, the StarTeam task no longer works with
NAnt.
